No, Breazeale won't quit like Washington did, he'll die before he quits like that.

Biggest danger I see is that Wilder damages himself wailing on Breazeale's humongous melon. Probably Wilder should be paying particular attention to throwing proper punches against this giant but I doubt he will. Against Arreola, Deontay broke his hand and tore a bicep while fighting in a frenzy.

Before the Joshua/Wilder negotiations started this would of been seen as a decent fight for Wilder. Sure Breazeale is raw but he's had solid wins over Mansour, Ugonoh and Molina and let's be honest Wilder's resume isn't exactly stacked, Breazeale might be a top 3 opponent for Wilder.

Breazeale for all his flaws is dangerous too. He's big, hits hard, has a good chin and has plenty of heart and grit based off the wins over Mansour and Ugonoh. Wouldn't be a total shock if Breazeale caught Wilder coming in with something big as he tries to finish Breazeale, he's shown he can be dangerous when hurt.
