I'm subbed to Men's Health mag, I got one that talks about Jordan's prep for Black Panther. The article says he went as high as 195lbs. So no I don't think he's a HW, he looked as bulky as he can humanly get in that movie.

Anyway, it's a movie. Please don't start questioning Rocky movies now because a black guy is starring in it. Ya'll didn't care when Rocky was in there looking more like he's having a wrestling match rather than boxing.
