Nobody paying for this on DAZN. Boxing is a niche sport in the USA, only hardcores are gonna buy that. Everyone else will just stream it. I thought Hearn had a relationship with Showtime? I don't see how fighting on DAZN pushes Joshua's star anywhere here in the United States.

Pretty much. I figure he's pulling 300k-ish active views when he's on US TV. Only a small percentage of those viewers will fork over card info/cash for a subscription. So I'm assuming only about 20 -25% or so of those active viewers will sign up and even fewer will stay after the one month trial

Its a shame that we won't get Wilder vs Joshua next but this is not a terrible fight at least. Hearn knows he holds all the cards and hes gonna make Joshua another 20 mill before putting him in with Wilder and getting 50 and another 50 for a rematch. Unfortunately they always put business before what's good for the sport.

WOW! contract with No Date? Eddie doing very unprofessional business if this is true. How you expect fighters to sign with DAZN if you do business like this then run to the media play victim and use the fact that you have an entire country and you play with the emotions and take advantage of the UK Countrymen PRIDE. Fighters should be extremely cautious signing with Eddie Hearn and DAZN again IF THIS IS TRUE!
