The thing is they seems to deny Loma's best performances in Martinez, Walters and Russel and would rather talk about the bums he fought and the fights where Loma looked beatable.

Mickey also deny Linares qualities, I agree he's stronger and more skilled than Linares but Linares is more athletic and faster than Mickey.
Mickey doesn't beat Linares in every department.

If Mikey wins, he defeats a supremely skilled fighter in Lom and has to be recognized for such an accomplishment. If Lom wins, that is one hell of an accomplishment and a tall order. But this whole #1PFP is like musical chairs, anyone of the top 5 could be the #1 in the world at any given day, month, year; it is so subjective. But if they fight, two of the top 5 PFP fighters fighting each other is hugely significant.
