What an understatement. It can argued that Provo has a better chin than Margarito based on the Mathysse and Mosley fights.

Ruslan I'd say.
That guy had an unbelievable chin and superhuman toughness.
Not even Matthysse (The hardest hitting 140lber I've seen) could put a dent in him and he hit him with the kitchen sink.
