I've always seen the, "Well, he's RICH!" argument as one of the weakest points people can bring into a conversation. When the OP called him an idiot, it was in the context that the guy is a corny salesman who is constantly blowing smoke.

Of course Hearn isn't a low-IQ guy, but that doesn't mean he isn't a sleazy promoter who constantly lies. His wealth doesn't exempt him from criticism.

He's constantly self depreciating in interviews, having fun doing impressions, having fun with interviewers, etc. And there ain't no one who does more interviews than him, it would be very easy for him to cut them down if he takes things too seriously.

He even goes on YouTube channels which are biased against him and takes it in good spirits.

True but at times he does act way too self entitled.

Like when he snapped at Barry McGuigan's son in a condescending way in the Frampton-Quigg build up for example.
