Actually they do which is why many record holders for consecutive defenses started with their reg or interim and led to them beating the main champ and every single one counted.....like I said do some research

Hopefully. One title per sanctioning body. I understand interims if someone is out for an extended period with injury but other than that no need for more than one belt per body
