Well nobody wants to be ranked by IBF because they are strict, that's what's wrong with boxing, boxers are divas expecting easy fights and getting a pass.

Being strict is one thing, needlessly wasting everyone's time in an overmatched meaningless one or two round fight is another. Boxing is as much a sport as it is a business. Unless you like seeing Dominic Wade, Bizier, Charles Martin, or Ocampo and fighters like them in overmatched fights, then some mandatories are simply bad for business.

IBF, the "Idiot Bozo Federation". Even a casual boxing
observer knew this fight could only end one way. If the fight happened in Vegas, it might not of been sanctioned. It was the best possible ending for Ocampo, who escapes with no major damage except to his pride.
