He hasn't fought anyone so we have no idea if he is or not. It would be nice if guys actually had to fight other live bodies before they rise to #1 in the rankings. We saw the same with Julian Williams and Lubin. Both guys between them fought absolutely nobody and both got destroyed when they got their chance to fight for the title.
