I'll tell you what done it bro. I see it straight away when the guy dropped he looks at his corner and motions to the top of his head. His legs were gone. In the replay Joyce's last two punches hit the man on top of his head slightly towards the back. Scrambled his senses. The guy went 10 with Bellew and 6 with Whyte.
For a last minute replacement it is what it is, we might see Joyce 3 more times by the end of the year.
The guy clearly wanted none of Joyce's power. He's got sledgehammer hands seemingly.
I'd be very suprised if Hughie Fury stepped up to the plate.
I rate Joyce but his power isn't what it's being made out to be I feel.Comment

WTF did anybody expect fighting a Croat dock worker that has lost to every decent fighter he's faced.
Joyce, Dubois, & Okolie are really overhyped IMO, Yarde is the only new UK big man with any potential. I may be wrong but I don't see joyce being anything big on the world stage. He hits hard against slow moving bums, when he gets to higher competition I think he will not do as well.Comment

Joyce’s opponents have all been bums except his first pro fight was Dillian Whyte’s 20th fight.WTF did anybody expect fighting a Croat dock worker that has lost to every decent fighter he's faced.

... and Ian Lewison lost to perennial punching bags Derric Rossy (31W/13L) and Colin Kenna (17W/12L).
So there's no "except" going on, it just reflects on both their inflated records.Comment
