Why are the IBF rankings so horrible?

Do the elite boxers only of after certain belts? It has to be a reason all these c-d fighters keep getting IBF title shots

The only reason I can think of they religiously is enforce mandatory defenses they’ve had good boxers in they’re ranking before who have passed on opportunities for vacant straps.

Let’s be honest who wants too fight a dangerous nobody for a title when your trying too get paid?

Why target one that was known for enforcing the weight more when you can peak the weakest link in the others?

The IBF route was always the way to go for up and comers. Sometimes some stinkers get through.

Ever since the IBF was caught up in the bs boxing scandal, they’ve gone to schit! It’s pretty sad. I mean no disrespect, but I don’t even recognize most fighters on their lists. Mostly you can’t find their top 15 on any of the other sanctioning bodies lists either. They bite. Unless you are their Champ

I never even heard of Ocampo before. The entire ranking system, mandatories, etc is all bullshít imo. I don't even pay attention, I just focus on the fights I want to see.

Funny it's that way because they're about the only ones who enforce mandatory fights the way they should be.

But it's a list of guys you've never heard of and when they get their title chance they usually get blown out.

Elite boxers don't fight for the ABC belts sanctioned fights unless it's eliminator
