since canelo lost his ring belt, why is this happening? strictly for money? is canelo the most deserving middleweight for these titles?

Of course there was a Plan B, like most negotiations.

Personally I think Loeffer should be fired. Because if they went to the IBF and said they planning a unification fight GGG would of still been IBF champ. GBP said Canelo will fight in Dec as well so then he can have that fight. Then if he got past Canelo he can go through the list of Mandos as Undisputed Champion.

But then again no one in the boxing industry seems to have any foresight.
        Yes, DUCKING Jermall Charlo!

If lil g DIDN'T fight Nelo then Nelo would of fought billy hoe & you KNOW billy hoe would take the money vs Nelo. That would leave lil g to face his wbc mandatory Jermall.

I would bet that if that was the situation then lil g would of fought Ryota Murata to DUCK Jermall Charlo.

If lil g is going to get his a*s kicked for the 3rd time he figures he might as well get paid from Nelo for it so you can that Tom for that even if it cost them the ibf cuz it doesn't matter to them....

Sturm, maybe..... not sure about the specifics at that point..... but the rest, no way.....

your " list " will mostly comprise fan-based bullshyt concerning Martinez/Cotto, NONE of which will be true

Golovkin refused to lift a finger to make fights with Cotto/Canelo..... he totally refused to drop a single pound for the little old faded 153lb SUPERSTAR Cotto..... which was beyond absurd..... THAT WAS FKN RIDICULOUS..... especially considering the fact that 6 months later Golovkin was running around saying that he is willing and able to fight at 154, but nobody will step up

and no way had Golovkin done anything to push his way in front of Martinez money-fight with Cotto..... and Martinez had signed a deal with HBO to fight Golovkin next if he got past Cotto.....

Golovkin was in the exact same position that Derevyanchenko was just in..... unproven, not a draw, and not paid his dues

          and there is nobody else

oh..... the 1.5mil NOT-NEGOTIABLE, TAKE-IT-OR-LEAVE-IT offers made to BJS and Jacobs..... GTFOH, that is NOT how you make a fight lol

so, all of that " avoided " talk was tard-fodder for the fans, spread around by Loeffler

          it was utter rubbish

" everyone they paid fought him " ~ Lou Di Bella
lol....take from the insiders and experts - which u r Obviously neither - GGG most avoided fighter of this era...per M. Kellerman, D. Rafael, Breadman, etc....

WTF? How the **** is Nelo getting a lesson? Paying lil g more money?? Cuz in the ring lil g is going to get his 3rd Lesson which was Jacobs, Nelo & now Nelo again.

Canelo will likely re-enter the Ring and TBRB rankings before the fight at #2, making this for the vacant Ring and lineal titles.

That depends on whether GB has used up all the judges they have in their pocket. Canelo has lost some of his luster so the NSAC, Casinos, and Media may not want to fix the fight this time. So it's anybody's guess. I have a hunch they don't want to upset the bookies who have to factor in the likely hood of a crooked decision and just go by past practice. Yeah the fight will be fixed.

duck Charlo - Lol! Charlos have no fanbase and can't draw flies to crap even hr in Houston. Both r career UNDERCARD fighters...why would GGG at the end of his career even bother.

oh yeah - and GGG getting his ass kicked is even funnier.... by a "finesse" fighting Jacobs and a retreating " fighting off his back-foot" Canelo. Yea right - neither of those cowards had the balls to go for the ko or even attempt to force GGG to back up...both fought in hopes of a decision win.
