Hopefully Saunders gets a fight around the same time. I really thought Saunders had momentum and shown great improvement after the Lemioux fight.... 6 months later and he's been injured twice and probably won't fight until August/September.

... Saunders is good -- he pulled decisions over Eubank Jr., Lee... And he's not even 29 yo... Of course he's after some big money fights, but I don't think Warren is able to provide...

Don’t quote Dibella , while I’m a fan of his and think he gives some of the best interviews he sidestepped Martinez fighting Golovkin for years and gave numerous excuses and he resorted to having the IBF strip Golovkin instead of waiting his turn for his fighter to earn it in the ring l. Actually it was Dibella who got Golovkin stripped, he was the person who initially complained to the IBF about Golovkin,Probably Knowing there was no way Derev would get the fight in May and give his fighter the opportunity for a strap by not facing the king in the ring to get it and not having to wait for it

The whole IBF reasoning was such a joke. If he fought Vanes before the 5th it wouldn’t make the Mando immediate or if Canelo didn’t pop . Who the **** would fight Derev a no name with no buzz who’s last fight was buried on a undercard against a 22-22 fighter who also a threat on short notice or fight him 90 days after Vanes with a Canelo fight in Sept which is the biggest financial fight in the sport ?

It don’t matter everyone knows who holds the crown and it isn’t Devrechenko and the IBF loses out on the sanctioning fees from a 100 million dollar fight and will get to collect instead on a fight that will probably be on a undercard worth less then a million l. Great business move on their part

That is what I was thinking. This did not have to be leaked. It pretty much proves BJS injury was fake... ouch! Sanders must be pleased... hahaha!

I actually think his first pullout was genuine and he did injure his hand. People said he'd pulled out the first time when GGG v Canelo was in doubt for May, but i doubt he'd have taken the fight at a months notice, plus they rescheduled the Murray fight straight away.

This latest pull out was bull**** though and it was obvious they were making a deal since they never even attempted to reschedule.

If it weren't for Canelo testing positive we could already be looking at Golovkin vs Saunders this fall for the undisputed WBA (Super), WBC, IBF, WBO, IBO, Ring, and lineal title.
