... I may be wrong, but I don't remember that the 70-30 split in their match was made public... neither the 65-35 split for the May projected rematch... then, all of a sudden, the negotiated "splits" for the September rematch were made public... which was somehow surprising...

Yeah. I think Golovkin would do what he wants with Charlo. A well paid sparring session. I think Crawford could jump up two classes and beat Charlo relatively soundly too. He'd be easy work for Saunders, Canelo and Jacobs and I wouldn't give him much chance against Devreychenko or Andrade either. A solid fighter but that's about it. Even with the PED's.

On top of that Charlo has a pathetic resume and his fans have the nerve to talk about other fighters resumes. He has a worse resume than Wilder, Horn, 50-0 TBE Thai guy, Gervonta etc;

Regarding Charlo and Bud. When I watched his brother fight Trout I thought Bud has a very very good chance of beating Jemell.

Really? If it wasn't for Canelo, we'd be talking about the 3rd fight by now.

I do not dwell in the past. What is done is done. The second fight is happening now. Both sides are making money and the majority of fight fans are getting the fight they wanted. Canelo and GBP along with Golovkin's team made it happen, and thus I will give them credit.

There was no second day weight check for the first GGG/Canelo fight. The IBF had already scrapped the second day weigh check for unified title fights a couple of months earlier, to avoid any more situations like GGG vs Jacobs.
