Why are you using "guys" when responding to one person's comment. Maybe you wouldn't sound like half the moron you are if you dealt with individuals. Using one person comment and attributing it to everyone else is idiotic. But I expect no less from Dull Razor.Comment

Eff gbp. Rather see GGG hold his ground here. Canelo and gbp are desperate for this fight. I say counter offer 55/45 and that’s GGG’s final offer and put the ball back in Canelos court. If gbp decline’s then that makes team Canelo the duckers,....Otherwise **** off gomez/oscar/canelo!!!!Comment

That's fine, as long as you aren't saying he is offering him out of the goodness of his heart. The compensation came because Golovkin demanded it and it is the best money fight Canelo can make. GBP would have been more than happy to give Golovkin the same deal without a second thought for compensation as they should. They are making this fight first because it makes the most financial sense. It is also the fight Canelo needs to turn around the negative perception he has. IMO those are the two principle factors. How much Canelo wants to fight Golovkin I do not know. Not saying he doesn't I just don't know from where I sit.Comment

Wow .. issuing public ultimatums to a unified world champion on behalf of a suspended PED cheat. These people have no shame or honour whatsoever.
If I was GGG I would tell Gomez to shove his 42.5% up Oscar's arse with a serving fork and leave it up there till their boy is eligible to fight again.Comment

not saying ggg brings nothing but compared to canelo he brings a lot less... the fact that people always brings canelos worst ppv numbers to make a comparison with ggg should tell you something... the fight itself sells big but when you compare the drawing power of the two is not really close...
and no, jacobs was not a noname, he ktfo quillin on national tv in front of a ton of viewers, compared to liam smith who had never been in the us or us tv before...
The reason I compare Smith to Jacobs is because they are in fact, close in name recognition. He didn't 'KTFO Quillin on national TV in front of a ton of viewers'. It was on Showtime, with a viewership of under 400k. (Link) As an example, Mares/LSC drew 630k+ viewers.
Canelo has been in the ring with some popular fighters. Cotto has fought Mayweather before, Chavez has a world class name and fought Sergio. Golovkin hasn't. I'm not going to compare Cotto/Canelo PPV to Golovkin/Lemieux because that's a bull**** comparison and you know it.Comment
