Yes the commercials are the most important aspect, but they're not the only one.
If Hearn sends a contract and Wilder's team object to something they claim wasn't part of the original agreement, as is their right, there's no longer any time for negotiations, it's down to the wire as it is.
So, to reiterate. It's positive, it hopefully goes through from here, but anyone with any commercial experience whatsoever knows that until the contracts are there,subjected to line by scrutiny, passed by legal advisors and have the signatures of every principle involved it ain't done and things can still go south.
