I see ANOTHER Slick Eddie EXCUSE on the horizon......'We couldnt get the venue we wanted on time because of Wilder'.....'Wilder has to accept 10mil now, due to the fact he's set us back - its his fault'.....'Wilders not "real" enough, we're fed up - fights off. Poveton was ready plus he's our mandatory'......'Joshua has come to the conclusion that Wilders making all these concessions out of sheer fear - we listen to AJ yah know, we don't run the show - fights off'.....'The 50mil offered was of course a ploy because they must have known that I would have to take full control of the rest of the promotion - since we're the bloody A side'....'We like Wilder but.......skinny.......tea & toast....'

Because Wilder knows all the terms where as Joshua just didn't take the money

Any fighter is going to want home field advantage if amount isnt significant as well .

Joshua WANTED to take a 20 Million profit loss on what he would make in the U.S ,hes expected to make 30 /plus in the U.K . That doesnt include his loss of sponsorships so really hes losing out on about 15 Million ,which is ALMOST more then Wilders entire title fights combined .

              Projected Earnings .

              Wilder in the U.S .... 10 /11 Million .

              Wilder in the U.K ..... 15 /16 Million

Tell me again how Joshua "agreed" to take a pay cut to have the fight in the UK. Who exactly was that agreement with.

So you made up numbers to support an argument that Team Joshua was trying to facilitate making the fight by finding a way for Wilder to make more money? Bravo for creativity.

Precisely. Not sure why folks are jumping on the 4 week sleigh that Hearn threw out there.

Now Wilder has gone to the extent where he is willing to take less money to go fight in Joshua's backyard.

It's clear that he just wants the fight.

It's the other side who keeps moving the goalposts and making people jump through hoops.

                  That's what A sides do.

Doesn't mean they don't want the fight.

A-sides don't turn down MORE money in order to make a fight for less.

That's a new innovation that Eddie Hearn has brought to the game.

                      A sides dictate terms.

That's what AJ did. Wilder had to submit.
