Exactly....they didn't anticipate Wilder with the, "lets get this show on the road (the UK even) and I'll also accept ANY condescending price offer you propose".....Hearn is/was like Ralf Kramden on The Honeymooners, "hamina-hamina-hamina-hamina"..lol

That's what AJ did. Wilder had to submit.
Wilder did submit, like the cuckhold hype job he is. All these Wilder Great Black Hope sycophants literally in need of a hero. Usa hasn't had a black lineal Heavyweight champion in twenty years, and Wilder was created to give them the illusion they have a fighter who can compete.

The whole point of all of this hype is Wilder being the created USA black hope. All these social media propaganda tools are to make all of you weak minded fools clamor for a fight that quite simply shouldn't even be happening. Wilder hasn't even earned a place at the big boy table, but Haymon and his finely tuned hype has made that possible. Now boxing has another circus going on distracting from the real fighters and real fights that matter :

                Usyk vs Gassiev
                GGG vs Canelo or Saunders
                Garcia vs Porter
                Kovalev vs Alvarez
                AJ vs Povetkin

So what you are saying is that this is all about race....and we should disregard that Wilder has the WBC strap, huh?

This is why i don't like following negotiations during the era of social media. If these guys want to share snippets on social media then they should also show the terms and contracts they "agreed" to or sent over to the other camp. Instead they offer enough for their followers to have something to cling to.

As for my opinion, I have to be honest and I say this without all the facts in hand, but Hearn's words smack of double speak. I like Hearn and understand where he's coming from if the above is true; he has a fighter he promotes that can earn money for him in any fight and the one fighter that poses a serious threat is trying to box them into a corner. Wilder will make his career high against AJ. It's a fight that I see 50/50. If those odds are remotely accurate, why wouldn't Wilder sign on to fight AJ? Why would Hearn gamble his cash cow on those odds? That's my take but what do I know?

As I said, hopefully we're in the end phase, we won't know that it's sorted untill a deal is signed.
So this is a lie or you just know more than the rest of us? Purse split have long ago been discussed. As stated below, wilder has agreed to the purse split, now they just have to iron out the other details, which should be minor
