I think it's more likely that Crawford wins comfortably than the other way around, but I expect it would be a hard fight for either guy. Both have solid advantages over the other.
Is the general consensus here that Crawford dominates Spence?

I like both fighters but I still consider none of them to be the best.
Crawford ate a few punches from F Horn.
Spence won against a Brook who was destroyed, career and all, by Golovkin.
Still they are between the best, but what happens if Spence fights Thurman?

If Spence goes in their with the mindset to just see what Crawford does and adjust accordingly trying to box conservatively, he'll lose. Crawford is too slick and fleeting. He'll be able to steal rounds and keep Spence off keel.
What Spence needs to do is have the mindset of I am going to inflict serious damage and unrelenting pressure. Even if I get viciously countered. It should be the Khaosai Galaxy/George Foreman mentality. Knock his head off. Imo I think Crawford is physically small at Welterweight. Relative to Khan sorta small. Floyd, Shane, Pac.. they all have big durable head structure. Crawford doesn't.Comment

This one is tough for me because both have been dominant, I give the edge to Spence only because he's been at WW for longer, but I think this is a pickem fight.Comment

If that happens then he is going to have to fight. He is not going to take care of business by being overly cautious and constantly moving, circling and running off the back foot while pot shotting in spurts. He is going to have to come forward and throw punches and hopefully hurt Erroll by letting his hands go because the thing about Spence, he is a fierce infighter with a relentless body attack.
The Peterson’s, Algeri’s and Brooks haven’t prepared him for what Bud has in store for him.Comment

Ok fine! Fair enough! You are entitled to your opinion but just remind me to bump this quote if or when this fight ever happens.Comment

There's no question that Crawford is the better and superior boxer. My only misgiving about him is that he likes to fight off the back foot too much with his constant movement. In addition, his punch volume is very low as he likes to fight in spurts. This could play right into Spence's hands if he doesn't land something hard or anything of significance in order to gain Errol's respect.
The truth is, Bud is going to have to gain Errol's respect and he won't do it by constantly circling out of harm's way. He is going to have to settle down on his punches more against Spence or he'll get steam rolled. Make no mistake about it. The more Crawford moves the more Spence would be aiming for that rib cage.Comment
