Its got all the titles apart from the WBC. Article says Relikh is "Regular" champion, but there isnt a "super" champion at 140. IBF is vacant but Baranchyk and Yigit will be fighting for it in the 1st round.

It's a shame if none of the big U.S. networks (SHO, HBO, FOX, ESPN) decide not to become a part of this! A lot of talent, no ducking allowed, win or ho home! What more can you ask?
