Because he wants to get paid. He's willing to travel to UK and I suspect he thinks his pressure will fold Kell and he won't have to leave it in the hands of the judges. I suspect he's right in that thinking. Since he fought Lara, who most fighters avoid like the plague, I think he deserves to get paid in a fight with Brook.

Hurd saw Brook criticizing his performance against Lara on youtube. Brook was like,"The kid Hurds not that good," Brook was also saying he'd fight Hurd if there was a belt on the line......Hurd didnt appreciate the comments at all - and now wants a payday with the Brook name on his resume'. And as Hurd revealed on this thread, he'd like the practice before Charlo....
