You add that talks also seem to be on, in locking down the terms for a second fight in Las Vegas as well (Wilder's not getting 60/40, but he likely didn't expect to either), and there's no reason for Wilder to really say anything at this point, tbh.

Once the Joshua deal gets done and signed (in all likelihood before the end of the month), Team Wilder can figure out there next step (fight date is in February 2019 counting back a 10-week camp gets you to just after Thanksgiving 2018, with the rest from a fight basically having the drop-dead point for an interim fight being Halloween.

10-week camp in front of that, and he'd have to decide on if he even wants to have an interim fight by Independence Day).
Sounds about right. They would need time to promote this fight properly, i think Wilder will take the Breazeale fight and Joshua/povetkin and will use them to kick start the promotion for there own fight next year.

Wilder is a hyped job, a great black USA hope developed to bring African American fans back to the heavyweight division with smoke and mirrors.

Wilder plainly ducked Povetkin as evidenced by Wilder's manager Shelly Finkel stating Wilder was not going to be fighting any top opponents inn2015 including Wlad Klitschko who was unified champ. Wilder won a paper WBC belt that Vitali retired with. Wilder is just hype, but Povetkin is at least 50-50 to beat Joshua. Wilder has no chance except a punchers chance vs both Povetkin and AJ.
Heads up, when you post a bigoted argument, any academic credibility you might have had is gone.

Even if your right, even if the point your making is valid, the generalizations you just published about African Americans destroyed your argument.

AJ vs Povetkin is an interesting fight. Povetkin isn't the same fighter as he once was (age, lack of PEDs) bit still dangerous even if his punch resistance isn't what it was. The positive is that if Povetkin loses, he will most likely fade from relevance.

It's funny to watch people debate over purses when you don't see a dime of it.

            As I predicted.

            Wilder probably fights Breazeale.

I guess the truth cant be spoken because it hurts sensitive people's feelings. The truth is the truth, no generalization of needing a black USA heavyweight to draw interest from a dying USA fan base

You are a coward who would never speak what you are saying to ANY African American in person so you have to do on a boxing website. How does that feel?

If you have a problem with African Americans(which you clearly do)maybe boxing isn't the sport you should be watching.

Hope it gets made. Make Wilder irrelevant.
I'm sick of that B side.
