Imo Floyd has it currently.
Wins over Pacquiao and Canelo outweigh everyone else. Ward can get it, if he returns and beats Adonis Stevenson. GGG has a tough climb and not enough time, unless some of those other contenders fight each other.

I don't count the McGregor fight so Floyd basically only fought half the decade. If he is fighter of the decade that's an indictment of the era which IMO has been a little lacking in top class fights.

Maybe Loma can get fit and step up to take the honours.
