He was a C level fighter who fought bums his whole career to pad his record and how literal only claim to fame was to be the sparring partner of RJJ and winning the WBA title from the heavyweight champion of the Netherlands Hahahaha.

I pulled it up because they were both sparring partners to show you even the great RJ had bad performances because that happens when you fight sparring partners.

Difference in the Parker fight was that Cojanu was literally in camp with him for the fight which is quite clearly the worst ever situation, hence he stunk the place out.
