G lost a bit of bargaining power because the IBF is gone now and he doesn't have a fight on hand to compensate yet.. Murata is the only other fight that will make him money and it's less than what Clenelo fight can offer..

I agree with most everything you said. Both Golovkin and Canelo are free to try and get the most that they can, but I will add that when you say that it is reasonable to for GGG (or Canelo) for that matter to negotiate for a fairer split. I would ditch the word "fairer" and say they are free to negotiate for a BETTER split. They are also free to walk away and withhold their services if they are not satisfied with the other party's best and final offer.

You’re completely right, honestly there was some glimmer of hope for me when it was rumored that Saunders was in negotiations with the ggg camp and gbp apparently reached out to Jacobs. It would’ve been two great matchups, one of which would’ve been a unification. Now it seems like we’ll be stuck in limbo again in regards to the mw division... hopefully we’ll get Charlo vs derevyanchanko for the ibf strap. It was the IBF who gave the OK for GGG to fight Vans with the title not being at stake. They then met to discuss him fighting Deveryenchenco and a ruling was supposed to be made as to when they would fight, so why was he stripped?? All the IBF had to do was order a date for the fight.

Alvacheat was the one that got busted and suspended, and the reason why the scheduled rematch could not take place. If he didn’t get suspended, the fight would have still happened. You morons don’t understand that because your too far up Alvacheats ass sniffing the PED’s.
