Lil' G fighting Martirosyan in a completely unnecessary fight is a "victim", yes... Of his own overconfidence, fear and greed.

Please explain to me how the IBF sanctioned Brook but not even an exemption for Vanes in a short notice bout? It makes no sense.

This logic is kind of "he stole, so I can steal too". The IBF had warned Golovkin before that fight loud and clear: "Don't do it, we don't sanction this fight", but Golovkin just ignored them, lol.

The way he's been treated by the ibf is downright disgusting

IBF not weighing the circumstances or even being consistent.
Baffles me that they have no desire for the true MW champ to wear their belt.
Please tell me the last one prior to GGG.
Taylor in '05? Stripped for re-matching BHop.

Let's just say that the same people crying about GGG fighting Wade will support this without realizing how ****** it makes them look. You can't win against morons. Anyhow, I think ibf has done well . I have hardly seen any bias from them. Just hoping GGG fights saunders next.

Well, it's obvious that for Golovkin money is much more important than the belts.

Don’t like how it played out , thought the same way with how they handled the Fury situation

There should be some wiggle room

I get the IBF sticks to their rules even when it’s a detriment to their organization and fighters but while it’s good in someways instance ls like this doesn’t make the sport better

Doesn’t benefit the sport in anyway to have a guy just beat the man and HW who’s reigned for years and instantly take his belt away and give it to A Charles Martin type fighter just so he can sell it off to the highest bidder or strip a fighter that’s king of his division and due to no fault of his own is getting punished because his opponent gotnpopped and have a nobody fight for it

                  Maybe that’s just me

Lol victim of what exactly? The IBF was more than fair with GGG. They told him that he must abide by their rules and fight his mandatory by a certain date or be stripped. GGG refused and now he's facing the consequences. He isn't the first fighter to chose $$$ over belts but I guess his fans thought the sanctioning bodies would just look the other way forever.

Victim? He had a choice and he made it. He has himself and his team to blame.
