when it comes to unify that belt isnt even considered...

Canelo left the station for Reynoso's gravy train years ago. It all started when uncle Oscar let Floyd teach Canelo about subtle weight advantages, but Oscar promised he'd make it up to Canelo by allowing him to eat like a middleweight while fighting Jr. middleweights. The governing bodies would miraculously overlook Reynoso's secret sause while letting the
middleweight fight super welters. That is until the GGG rematch came up. In this case, Uncle Oscar and Uncle Sulaiman would make sure Canelo not only tested positive but appear the victim of Mexican invenomation.

It may seem silly to you, but its actually a better system. Mandatory spots are EARNED and not just given. The system is less prone to corruption than where a guy like Suiliman or Mendoza just says "ok so-and-so is now the #1 contender"
