I'd assume Eddie is too smart for some basic sh^t like this. If he's pursuing Tank its to buyout his contract.

Every other day Eddie is "Signing Somebody" but he has yet to land a big fish yet. DAZN needs to get up and running in the US first before guys jump.
Allegedly there are 6(?) guys signed already. Fat Dan said he's not signed anyone, but I don't hear Fat Dan breaking UK news or PBC news (PBC being the likely alignment the free agent currently has) that much anyway so why would he know the details of said deal? With the talk of NDA's earlier on in this it wouldn't be surprising if there are signed fighters who've kept it silent til some DAZN announcement gets made as is the story.

This deal as I understand it is the biggest deal in boxing history. If thats the case it wouldn't be surprising if the powers behind all this wanna keep it more quiet than normal signing news + wanna make a big statement all at once at a presser when they do announce this early roster.

Will be interesting to see how this plays out, I hope DAZN works out it would be great for boxing!

If DAZN can get the RIGHTS to other Sports and Content like in Canada then yeah it could work. It looks good actually, the Layout and ability to go back and replay events anytime you want I would spend $20 a month for this with NBA League Pass and NFL Sunday Ticket...

I think Floyd is able to get any fight Hearn can get & maybe can get more fights then Hearn can get. Floyd has gotten his guys some previous big fights before. Nobody from nowhere Badou Jack fought Hearn's guys when Hearn's guy was the guy & Badou just fought Stevenson when Stevenson was among the top guys & probably still the top guy in some peoples minds at 175 & who hadn't fought a live body in years. Floyd is very resourceful & will take risks with his guys, bigger risks or too big of a risk one could argue, with his guys.

Only issue right now is the Floyd vs Tank beef. And cuz of that I'm guessing Floyd won't allow Tank to fight outside of MP. I bet he'd sit him before he allowed him to fight elsewhere.
Eddie has said he's open to working with other promoters. So as I said, I don't see why some sort of co-promotion deal to get Tank on DAZN is out of the realms of possibility.

A one off is probably doable, but signing Tank I would say isn't.

Eddie Hearn would probabaly have Tank fight Martin J Ward in Baltimore and Tank will say "He was trying to set me up"

Hadn't see the setup for DAZN before. Looks like I'd expect more or less. Like to try it out. Sh^t may watch more sports besides boxing if I get this & yea this just shows this is more about boxing despite so many here still talking about it as a boxing only thing. I mean I guess it could be, but logic suggests these mfers wanna take over any & all sports they can buy the rights too.

Or if they throw some MMA + sumo wrestling in there I'd be down for those to.

Interesting times right now for sure.

Buy him out of his contract maybe?

He might be able to get him fights, but not able to pay the same money.

He can post whatever he wants but he's not like other haymon fighters he's signed to Floyd's Mayweather Promotions. Hearn already said he is ONLY going after free agents that aren't signed to a promoter because he doesn't want to go through litigation or fights over a fighter rights. Unless he wants to pay Floyd to buy him out and Floyd agrees he's not going anywhere.
