Hilarious. Canelo fucked up the Cinco De Mayo fight, but again, it's Golovkin's fault. He should have just been a "good boy" and either fought no one, or rushed to fight a top contender whom he had not prepared for. If the shoe were on the other foot, you wouldn't be ragging on Canelo's ass, you'd still be ragging on Golovkin's. You're utter hate for the man when you know Canelo precipitated all of this shit is what's inexplicable.

despite ggg screaming for canelo to be suspended, he was offered the chance to get the same deal just a few months later, he has the right to negotiate no doubt, but he could have made just as much or even more and he just didnt wanted, those are facts, he can go to court but with those facts it wont be an easy case ... he might end up losing in court and losing the canelo payday forever... the money isnt lost cuz canelo didnt lose or didnt die, the fight still there under the same or even better monetary circunstances... again is ggg refusing to earn the payday, if he wants more fine, but the payday was still there from canelos side..

I guess you just don't get simple arithmetic. What could have been two fights between Golovkin and Alvarez; one in May and one in September, has been reduced to one fight in September. Canelo failing that drug test is the reason. I can't put it any plainer than that.

If your perspective were predominant, there would be plenty of lawsuits against dopers. Surprisingly, there are few. Likely because it's hard to win them. Wilders is still not finalized.

Golovkin vs Alvarez was a huge fight for considerable cash. Wilder won his initial suit, which is my point. I know Povetkin counter-sued and won, likely because he was cleared in the meldonium case. The fact that Canelo was found to be at fault and subsequently suspended, tells me that Golovkin would have a strong case.

I live in UK. Not everyone in the world lives in America you prick. Probably nobody turns up at your house because they're mature enough that they won't take time and money to meet and fight you to see who's better ggg or canelo. he was guaranteed one, and it was delayed but still there...
he wants the payday fine, just fight for it...
he cant blame canelo for not fighting him, at the very most for delaying the fight...
should he be compensated? i believe so, they made certain demands and canelo was ok with it, now they want more money and gbp conceded to 60-40, still dont want it...

it could be, but just remember that canelo also did the hair test and passed, the same test that has been used by police-courts before... i can almost guarantee regardless if the rematch gets done there will be no court fight, but only time will tell...
