Did they get stripped though? He also could of postponed the fight as well. Instead he chose Vanes. A 2 year retired 154lber Im sorry but you cant give that a pass. Hind sight is 20/20 but that Jaime/GGG fight is looking like it could of been a GREAT one. So I have to give him some credit on that.

      Thats why he fought Vanes.

You know the betting odds were WORSE than Rod Salka vs. Danny Garcia?? Thats a top 10 WORST mismatch of the last 10+ years.
      Damn that I didn't know!
Tripps me out how all these Triple g nuttriders are quick to shet on Canelo but yet they defend Triple g fighting Vanes when he could of easily fought his IBF mandatory....
      Fuccing pathetic!

Dan Rafeal is posting that Loeffler was on board. Its GGG and ONLY GGG holding up the fight.

        • 55/45 or 60/40 seems fair.

Hopefully they can work it out and have a rematch.

Will it be PPV? How much do you reckon Canelos purse would be for Jacobs?

what ridiculous reasons to supposedly shoot yourself in the foot lol

btw, Golovkin burned his principle/pride/ego excuses with Ward

Gennady knew exactly what the result would be of demanding 50%

and he got exactly what he expected

come on, this is ridiculous..... poor little ******ed Gennady lol
These are the same idiots, ggg included along with his fans, that claimed CAnelo ducked when he vacated the belt in the last. Smart people understood, that my vacating he basically earned more millions negotiations. But now, “pride, self respect, ego” and all that other bs is a better reason to them to justify ggg blatant duck?! The blasphemy!!!

                • I think it's not ludicrous to ask for 50/50 for which he's probably aiming for 45% which is more than fair considering Canelo's two failed drug tests and 6 month delay. Not to mention GGG beat him first time around convincingly.

Another ass clown with "boxing" in his name that dont know SHT about it!

"Eddie Hearn has CONFIRMED he has received an offer from Oscar De La Hoya for a fight with Canelo"

Eddie Hearn "I can tell you that WE love the fight" "Its a fight that when I signed Daniel Jacobs he told me he beats Canelo every day of the week".
