Jermell has learned from the Vanes and John Jackson fight.

I sincerely hope that he did! Trout is a rat! Not just any rat, a sewer rat! A swamp rat! You know you shouldn't fear it, because it's not really big, but when you're up close and personal, you react in fear out of instinct! And if he catches you reacting like that, he wins, maybe not the fight, but rounds! Jermell has to be consistent, and a bully! Since he's not as big as Hurd, he can't be as reckless!

The big questions are: Is Trout a shell after that Hurd fight and can Jermell continue his impressive run of kayos? If Trout gets blasted out then some will say he's washed up and others will point to Charlo's greatness. If Trout gives Charlo problems then people will say Charlo is a fraud.

If Trout has anything left I think he will give Charlo some problems. It's a style matchup thing. Trout doesn't have power but he can box and win rounds. Charlo is a stalker/power boxer. He and his brother can lose rounds seeking their opponent (see Jackson and Trout respectively). A guy like Hurd matches up better against boxers.

Charlo should prevail but I think there will be rounds where Trout makes him look pedestrian.

Trout is game.. but Charlo is ready!!! Charlo and spence went to another level sparring each other.. trout has had the toughest back to back fights.. money should be nice..
