There used to be prize fights in small venues back in the day when the fighters were unknown and the attraction was the fight and not the fighters. It was basically two guys, club fighters at best, getting in the ring and slugging it out. Those conditions don't hold at this level and in this day and age.

Um, I'm not recommending winner-take-all. Put the disputed amount (say 15%) up for the winner.

Public negotiation is not the usual way to do it but if the other party is not negotiating in good faith then why not lay down your demands so that everybody will know the true story. GBP is just spewing vague answers, no concrete numbers. Put the numbers publicly GBP.
