No way Canelo fights jacobs and it does 800k ppv,at least I dont think so. I dont see any fighter besides GGG than canelo could fight and make more than 500k,specially since most people said he would never go to england. I wonder what will happen since in my opinion,many mexican will support GGG due to canelo and oscar acting that way.

I noticed that Team Canelote is making more noise about this "dead" negotiation than Team G3x. It seems GBP needs at least 1 big money making promotion this year. They already fu.ck up May 5th and if they miss this Sept. event then it will be a big loss again.

Let me get this all straight.

GBP want's 35% while GGG want's 50%. That's only a 15% difference.

GBP claims that Jacobs will sell 700-800k ppv. Canelo v GGG already sold 1.3m last time. Rematch will sell more.

I'll even give Jacobs the high end (don't ask why, just because I'm generous). 800k/1.3m= 38.5% difference.

Is Jacobs going to take 15-20% for the fight? Anything more & canelo loses money.

Rematch could sell way more while no guarantee's that Jacobs v Canelo comes anywhere near 800k.

canelo doesnt have to earn the same money on his next fight, he still has a decade to continue fighting in ppv, he should not be in a hurry ... on the other side ggg is on his way out and cant even generate more than 200k on ppv without canelo...
time is the biggest leverage canelo has on his side...
canelo once gave a middle finger to floyd and cotto and was willing to fight others for much less, ggg is screwed if he thinks canelo bends for him lol...

We've seen this fight already and based on that fight it seems not everybody wants to see a rematch. Yes it's no secret GGG is asking for 50-50 and it's a question if he deserves it or not. So why don't GBP lay the cards and tell publicly what's their counter offer? Is it 65-35? Just say it...

a guy who helped canelo get his biggest ppv buy rate outside of the Floyd fight and who also got screwed over because Canelo tested positive doesn't deserve at least 35%? Yeah ok. I don't think he should get 50 but I think 55-45 would be reasonable start for negotiations and ggg should accept 40 if offered

where did I say he'll leave a great legacy? I only said that when they look back, he won't get discredited for the draw vs canelo because everyone with sense knows who really won.
