I must give credit, where credit is due! Dan Rafael broke it down:

    April 16, 2018:

If Joshua (21-0, 20 KOs) wants the fight with Wilder (40-0, 39 KOs) next, it sure doesn't seem that way, regardless of what he says. It's clear in the offer Joshua's promoter, Matchroom Boxing's Eddie Hearn, recently made to the Wilder camp: a flat fee of $12.5 million, take it or leave it, for Wilder's participation in the fight...

For Team Joshua to take Wilder as a $12.5 million expense without cutting him in for a large percentage of an event that could generate in the high eight figures is a joke. When Joshua faced Joseph Parker to unify their three belts last month, the Parker camp got one-third of the money in the event. Wilder is worth more than that, obviously; he brings the last piece of the undisputed title to the table, he brings a bigger fan base and, on his own, he generates more money than Parker does.

If Parker is worth a third, Wilder is easily worth at least that much and probably even a few more points. His side has stated it knows it's not getting 50-50 and hasn't asked for it, but to be offered a flat fee is not a real offer. It's an offer meant for the Joshua team to be able to run around and say, "Hey, we made an offer, and Team Wilder turned it down." It's called playing games, and it's nothing new in boxing.

Hearn has no problem staging a Jarrell Miller fight in the US but doesn't want AJ fighting Wilder there for by far his biggest payday!? I think both AJ and Wilder want the fight, I just don't think Hearn does right at this moment
It’s easier to travel against lower level competition, don’t you think AJ would travel for someone like Miller? I couldn’t care less if he was offered a flat fee or %, he had an offer that represents five times his biggest pay. So for me he too is doing a AJ, taking less to stay at home in this whole saga. I think they want to be in control just like Hearn wants. I just don’t think his team wants him to travel no matter what Wilder says, his actions tells us that.

He only got it bc it was in England.. just like all his fights! The wbc strap is the only belt he won't get freely.. an he's afraid to leave England cause he won't be protected nor will he have access to his drugs! Lol.
Unification trumps mandatory if AJ chooses it too, that’s why all the Wilder fans going nuts, all they got is name calling. AJ is running the game.

When people start saying some has been gifted a career or been lucky, that just sounds like plain jealousy. Real is real, those belts real and that money real, everything else just BS.

How is it even possible that in 40 fights the only names on Wilders CV are Stiverne and Ortiz? Don’t waste your time building those two donkey’s up, Ortiz was hyped based on nothing and is literally a grandpa (and he still made it hard for Wilder) and Stiverne is up there with Martin in terms of worst HW champions of all time.

Facts are Wilder been in the game twice as long, had twice as many fights as AJ but has just a quarter of his success in terms of belts and tenth of his success in financially, and that doesn’t even account for brand value. Someone ducked the big fights, not sure it was AJ.

Wilder will eventually travel to the UK and it reminds me a lot of a night I saw live. A fearsome puncher who was coming to finally give a protected boxer his lesson and take the belt home, Left Hook Lacey was never the same again, Calzaghe made him look silly and punished him, it’s going to happen again, so I wouldn’t be in such a hurry to make it happen if I was a Wilder fan.

You are a WWE character and even you know that. How can you continue being a coward everyday of your life knowing you are protected and holding a belt hostage. You are nothing more than a manufactured great black USA hope and your resume proves it.

Your manager Finkel is on record saying in 2015 they had no intention of you fighting Wlad Klitschko because you weren't ready for him or any other top HW. They admitted protecting your fraud coward ass. So you fought a bunch of hired haymon stiffs and got exposed vs club fighters. Harold Sconiers dropped you hard for a 9 count and got saved by a corrupted Ref vs old man Ortiz.

You are an embarrassment to boxing, never facing a top ten HW in his prime, just old men and hand picked cannon fodder. Entitlement has defeated you.
