Canelo vs GGG purse negotiation idea

Alright, so Canelo wants 65/35
His way. Gennady wants 50/50. We all know Canelo is the bigger draw, though he did eff up their May fight, with or without meaning too.
I think they should make a compromise of
Canelo guaranteed 40%
GGG guaranteed 35%
And the winner of the fight.....
Gets the remaining 25%. That would be true prize fighting. If something happens, possibly a draw, then they each get 12.5% of the remainder.
Comment and discuss what you think about the purse split.

Very good idea OP but Maxi also brought up a good point. Every stride forward can be met with two step backs. Negotiations are pain in the ass if the ass is being ******ed by a male finger as opposed to a woman gently playing with your anus. Just my two cents.

I agree that they are already trying, but in all fairness they both think they will win the rematch....why not financially back up the bravado and get the fight signed sealed and delivered

I'm a fan of a winners cut to a fight, BUT good luck making that a reality in these days of so much talk of PPV figures & ratings.

And I do feel for & understand the fighter who can draw angle in all this. I mean he's done w/e he's done to garner a following & why should he give up revenue if he's bringing in the fans to the fight & making people buy the PPV to a greater degree than his opponent? Are you worth more as a winner or as a guy people wanna see win or lose? I'll be honest. I'm not really sure & can see an argument both ways on what makes logical sense &/or business sense.
