Did you read ? I wrote Leonard. I also believe back in the days of Robinson boxers didn't come down in weight to blow up because they made weight the same day of the fight

His last bout was in August and he's fought 7 times since April of 2015. He was supposed to be back earlier than June but postponed due to injury.

Now it's Crawford. However Bud is in good company.

Dang, Arum must really, really suck at his job now if he has a fighter better than Sugar Ray Leonard who is 31 years old and who's only ppv didn't even get 50k buys.

I like Crawford but this is a ridiculous claim. Crawford has fought 32 times in the space of 9 years so far, and his best wins are probably Indongo, Postol, Burns and Gamboa. That's not awful or anything, at least by today's standards, but by Leonard's 32nd fight he'd fought Hearns, Duran (twice,) Benitez and Floyd Mayweather Sr, and he did all that in the space of just under 5 years. That's not even counting Leonard's win over Hagler that came later. Crawford has a long way to go before he can be considered to be in the same league, and the avenue to that is by beating the big names at Welter right now, ie. Spence, Thurman (if he returns,) and the winner of Porter-Garcia.

I don't think so. If you've watched him fight, there is plenty to show that Bud's skills and athleticism are on the level of both Mayweather and SRL. I don't say that lightly, as I have always been a huge SRL fan, but its just true. He hasn't beaten the same level of competition as those guys yet, but he still has time at 30 yrs old and there are lots of good fighters on the horizon at 147. He will get plenty of cred when he takes on and beats those guys, particularly when he beats Spence.
