Weight has to come off those Frazier-like legs.

If he was to face and beat Joshua, Fury should be the guy he faces next. That's another fight which would bring big interest.

CW has always been a top division, but it doesn't have that glamour and interest for one reason or another.

King Deontay will rain down hell fire & brimstone upon the dirty heathens at cruiser. I applaud this brave man for daring to be great.

If there’s a guy who can slip punches and crack good body shots this person beats Wilder. These Heavy Weights have no defense skills so they’re just punching bags for Wilder

I think he could make 200 pounds with no trouble and be as strong and heavy as ever. Heavyweights don't have to make weight so they come to the weigh in fully fed and watered and don't gain weight between the weigh in and the fight. We know most middleweights, light heavyweights and cruiserweights gain 10 to 15 pounds between the weigh in and the fight. If Wilder weighed in at 200 pounds he could gain the same amount of weight most big cruiserweights gain in the 32 hours between the weigh in and the fight and enter the ring weighing 210 to 215 pounds. He weighed 207 pounds for his last fight. Wilder has been fighting a long time and he knows what weight he can make. If he couldn't make 200 pounds and be strong he wouldn't do it. I think he would beat all the cruiserweights.

Beating the winner of WBSS would add to his legacy for sure.

Only a fool thinks Wilder would even try to do this .

                      Height : 6'7

                      Age : 32

                      Walk around weight 230

Deontay Wilder was a hair over 207 pounds in his first fight TEN years ago .

"Wilder said he was up to 236 pounds in the lead-up to his scheduled fight against Alexander Povetkin that was canceled in May. His co-manager and trainer, Jay Deas, thinks Wilder went through this training camp in the low 230s. " 2016

"I put on a good bit of weight coming from 228 to 236. My goal was 240, so now 250 is the goal I’m reaching for. Even at almost 240 I can still see where there’s so more weight that can be added: " D. Wilder 2016

Hes simply not going to fight at this point at CW ,he has been to heavy before and his height will deplete him ..

Wilder says MANY nonsensical things and this is just another one .
