    RAMIREZ will dominate Prograis.

Prograis was 1 fight away from fighting Ramirez, but Prograis ran off & placed himself possibly 4 fights away , just to fight in New Orleans & not fight in the Champion's backyard of Fresno Ca.

Told u Prograis was all talk.

Prograis willingly gave up his interim position though right? Or I guess since he's not a mandatory he couldn't force a purse bid? I don't quite get how Ramirez avoided Regis. It appears to me he didn't force the issue. Imam is better than Indongo. So Prograis is eventually also gonna have to fight somebody. I do think he might end up being the class at 140 though. Well if Mikey goes back there then I'd give it to Mikey.

Josh has 12 fights and his best win is vs an old Mexican plodder, no style mauler, overweight and in Josh manor. High praise, or chumming the water.
Whoa man, you are losing us with them $20 words. Josh Taylor's strength is his vicious body punching. Although he's only got 12 fights he looks like he will be the man when he gets his shot. And Taylor is Scottish not an Anglo if you know the difference

Glad you corrected me. I make mistakes, I bet on underdogs, but Taylor still has to come up some. I met ChuChu Malave after Ken Buchanan ended his career. Ken put the fear of God in him. I know one mean Scot, saw his corner slice his eye to bring down the swelling vs Laguna. Postol is not a given, he's on a slide, but a good measuring stick. Josh needs a little more experience, and I bet he gets it. No knock on Josh, just what's the rush?

Ramirez and company are going to stay away from Progais ass long as they can. He is not going to have long lapses in the ring like Imam had.

Zurdo Ramirez has still never fought anybody, so what makes anyone think Jose Ramirez will? Bob Arum at his finest!

Looks like a good fight. Arum's probably milking Ramirez for a while, but as Prograis says, he'll have to fight a tough one eventually. I usually don't have a problem with a fighter taking an easy first defense but after that, I always want to see them step it up. Hope this fight happens by next year at least.
