I see, well it all depends on the numbers, if canelo and gbp is already firm on 65-35... why would they agree to pay him a separate fee? That’s doubtful

Rather than offering a little bit more of a percent to GGG, it would probably be easier to ask team GGG what his training costs and related costs were and pay that as a good faith gesture. But GGG's team should accept the fight offer because it is big money he wont see again.

Any GGG fan that says he deserves 50/50 and should hold out for it really don't want to see the fight.
The rematch with GGG could start to erase doubts about Canelo that have emerged over the last 9 months. So long as Red defeats Golovkin in a clean rematch, he could easily make up what he lost in the coming years. He is still 27. Therefore, A-side has to make financial sacrifices for the sake of their long-term interests, 50/50 is more than fair.

After ggg and his team have been saying all the things they’ve said, I doubt canelo and gbp feels like giving them a “good faith” gesture. THAt kind of stuff happens with charities, not prize fights.

I really don’t get how you came to those conclusions? There's lots of excellent fights for GGG less than 50%-50% no go. Anyway, the fight will get cancelled cause VADA finds Canelo is visiting the wrong Taqueria or Spike using PED's for his mustache.

Can someone investigate Sulaiman? I can't even imagine the depth of his corruption when he is this crooked in public.

If GGG's team simply asks to be compensated for Canelo cancelling the fight and the associated costs that GGG's team incurred and Canelo rejects that, the entire boxing world will be on Canelo's a$$ big time. I dont think Canelo would deny the expenses team GGG went through training and preparing for the fight because compensation is the right thing to do - especially if GGG agrees to the money split.
