Because if he beat smith, George would have to give him a rematch.. an not duck him like saunders an I honestly believe he's not the fighter anyone can beat twice.. I think if eubank fought george or saunders again, he would do a demolition job on both.. Im my honest opinion.. that lost to saunders was bullshyte.. but Eubank got even better.. he improved.. then he jumped up in weight an George being the best 168 an a big super middleweight, was wounded an trying to survive by the 12th.. remember Eubank is a 160 pounder.. George had to have shoulder surgery.. Eubank was ready to replace George.. I wouldn't be surprised if this lost has made him go to another level. They may have created a monster??.. we will see. -peace
Groves totally schooled him, no way does Eubank deserve a rematch. Obviously Groves just wanted to survive the 12th round? Why risk being stopped, making your injury worse or losing out on reaching the final just for ego. If Eubank was this beast that you believe he is then it looks worse for him that he wouldn't walk down a 1 armed fighter and stop him.
Groves just proved what Saunders did (not a fan of Saunders either btw)... Eubank is 1 dimensional, he looks great hitting the heavy bag and in training and he does have a high workrate but whenever he fights anyone with a bit of boxing IQ, ring generalship and no fear he comes unstuck.
The man needs to grow a pair, tell his dad to back off and get a proper team around him... And stop posturing on Snapchat, Facebook & Instagram He lacks the fundamentals to get and stay at world level. - Peace
