I like GGG. He seems like a nice guy, and usually has exciting fights. I don't have him in my top 3 P4P because I don't think his resume is strong enough, but I also can't understand the mentality of his haters either.

I used to like Canelo. Over the last couple of years he has become a diva puto. I put most of the blame for that at the feet of ODLH. ODLH is a creep, a total asshole. I'd love it if Canelo separated from him and became a fighter I could respect once more.

But who gets what money isn't about who I like. It isn't even about who is the better fighter. It is about who brings in what percentage of the revenue - and then a bit of an adjustment is made for who holds the belts.

Canelo has a large, rabid fan base. They don't care what he does, he can do no wrong in their eyes and they will pay for his fights.

It's a bit twisted. The diva puto with the pervert promoter has more fans than the clean cut champ. But it is the reality and the purse split has to reflect that.

Hell no , when Triple G is the A side in other or previous fights his team are more ruthless then golden boy. Just ask DJ how long it took his team to negotiate a extra 5 % split , it took weeks for them to agree . Fight almost didn't happen but DJ stood his ground to the very end which paid off . If you remember after fight was signed Tom and GGG camp couldn't stop talking about how they were generous with the split. GGG deserves no more then 40% and he is lucky to get that since he was desperate enough to fight a retired jnr MW for a million . Wise up K2 take the 40% cause you'll never fight for prize like this again . I'm no fan of Oscar or golden boy but as a business man they are completely correct not to give a 50-50 split !!
