Would be a total and utter disaster if the Wilder fight doesn’t happen.

Joshua and Wilder should get their mandos out the way first. Then they can stage the fight in the U.K. In September. Deontay has already stated that he is committed to fighting Anthony in the U.K. First, provided that he gets at least 40 percent of the purse split.

The money is there now for Vegas, it's bigger than a UK fight financially and for history and the sport.

This is on Joshua now, he only wants his home town , he can't deal with a different energy, his mental coaching may not given him the resources.
Wilder will grow 10ft tall in Vegas, it's a validation of his entire career and life.

This fight is too big for another UK fight, it's a world fight and belongs in the traditional home of heavyweight boxing. Think big Joshua, if he wins there he wins everything. History will remember it

What is this tradition of HW fighters seeking home advantage? Would we ever experience A Rumble in the Jungle kinda fight again?
