You add that HBO isn't talking about it, ESPN isn't talking about it, and the general boxing press isn't pushing the story (plus Golovkin choosing to fight a bull**** fight against 2-year retired Vanes Martirosyan), and the story is basically dead before Independence Day.

The only thing that'd give the story any further longevity would be if Alvarez picked a bum for his first fight back; he fights Saunders or Jacobs and the public won't even acknowledge the suspension even happened
That he was caught with clen in his system 10 weeks out and had zero tests from September to late February when he did get caught, suggests to he was ped cheating. If he was, it would really be a stretch to believe that would be the only drug he was using.

Nothing else was found in his system. Beyond that, the amount found in his system was trace, and consistent with eating bad meat (researchers seem to have pegged the life of Clenbuterol down to dropping to 1/10th of the amount basically every three days, so extrapolating that back out to an amount that would have effects in humans isn't too difficult), and the "Hair test" also came back negative (longterm use of most substances will manifest outside of blood/urine too).

Believe what you want to believe; the actual evidence says different

It isnt a steroid period. It has no effect on hormones.

Agreed. It's a PED like hydrochlorothiazide is a PED; a blood pressure medicine that has the side effect in doing it's job of forcing one's body to dump excess water in the blood supply (making the water weight cut easier).

He won all of those fights... the Lara fight was close, but imo he won. The draw vs golovkin was perfectly plausible as I've said many times, thus, hes NOT a protected fighter... look at golovkin if you want to talk about protected.

Earnestly speaking, with the facts being the facts, what would you consider to be fair?
Lets not make Canelo out to be the poor little out weighed opponent against GGG. Guess we all know now why Canelo could drain down to the 155 canelo weight limit. CLENBUTEROL maybe??!!??!!??!!?? Canelo is a middle weight in denial. And a low life cheat. 50/50 is more than fare for each.

You're a moron, wtf does that have to do with being protected? Does he affect the judges or would oscar? I seriously doubt canelo is heading over the the judges at night and giving them a hand job or finger finger**** like a Danny Garcia, who, imo is the MOST protected fighter out there.

Thanks for the answer. It's not surprising that the networks don't want to focus on this, it's bad for business after all. The hair test recently looked like an attempt by GB to kill the story, or at least make it so confusing that the average viewer discounted it.
