What does that have to do with anything? Sadam Ali is a WW that beat a one armed Coto. I know this isn't the best you can come up with.

Yea Canelo is a diva...but wasn't all this worked out for the rematch that was set to take place? It's a bit lame to wanna change the deal now. If they wanted compensation for Canelo pulling out, they should have not fought on May 5 and tried to sue Canelo/gbp for lost revenue.

You have no background in finance do you? I can feel the ignorance.

Maybe because that might be GGG's next opponent?? At FULL 160lbs of course.

You build a name by fighting the sporting greats, that way you are known. Canelo was a prospect but the Mayweather fight did him a lot of good, also the Cotto and Mosley fights were good for his career. That built a brand because then even casuals got to know him. Mr GGG, a good boxer but terribly managed. He thought he was great fighting the Murrys of this world and other fighters no one had heard of. Now he is in the sun set of his career with a less than stellar resume. He should have fought the likes of Andre Ward when he had a chance and some well known fighters. Sometimes you have to move up to get those guys, Floyd left 135lbs to go to 154 so he could face Dela Hoya, smart business.

I think that guy would be ok with that fight too. GGG is the only so called Elite fighter that never challenges himself. I would be all for him chasing the money fights if he had a decent resume. He has a resume equal to Willie Monroe Jr.

And Gennady is a great fighter? He’s got 2 good names on his resume. The rest are cans. He’s another creation by HBO, that’s all.

Fans want to see Canelo fight not GGG the commie

GGG has a small fan base in North America while Canelo is a supet star and a top draw. A 60-40 split in Canelo's favor is fair. Tell GGG to go fight in Russia then if not happy. Let Freedom ring.
