“It’s fine, go and deal with your IBF mandatory, whoever he is, I believe he has 11 fights, go deal with him, make a million-and-a-half and good luck,” De La Hoya said about GGG’s mandatory for his IBF in Sergey Dereyanchenko. “There’s no better deal for him out there for (a fight with) anybody.”

Oscar has maintained his fighter as his Ring Champion. GGG is universally recognized as the MW champion and one of the P4P best even on the Ring ratings. He had to deal with his mandatories and step side money to make the Canelo fight happen after Canelo comes back from suspension for PED use. So your fighter caused all this "controversy" no one else did. Canelo did. If GGG, has to make 1M to fight the guy with 11 fights. So be it. No one else wants to fight him. Canelo needs to prove his worth in the MW division but fighting other ranked MW...

If they wont give GGG more money, he should walk. Especially if he is going to lose the IBF title in the process of a Canelo rematch.

I for one would definitely like to see the rematch, but GGG needs to realize he's always gonna be the B side vs Canelo. At 20 mil $$, GGG nets well over 10 mil $$$... after taxes, training costs, etc etc. What kind of idiot kisses that kind of payday goodbye? What a ****** ****** Rooskie this goofball is trying to be. Hopefully, he wakes up before the dream is over. I have to hope he's smarter than this, for himself and for the fans.

Yeah, makes sense. GGG was not afraid of canelo a month ago, but is afraid now. What changed that made him so afraid? Probably Vanes showed GGG how much in decline he actually is. Oscar would have more credibility if he didnt come up with ****** shlt like this.

Old and irrelevant argument. Remember Gennady wanted to fight BJS last June but de la fishnets was against him fighting, and then had to wait until September and got screwed by the judges and had to wait until may for the rematch, then the positive test put it back again. They owe GGG, now if he fights Canelo again he could lose the IBF belt. I think GGG is right. Look, GGG never had so many fighters wanting to fight him as much as now, he’s in demand so he’s loving it, the mans a fighter.

We shall see who takes the better fight later in the year if they dont fight each other. I dint want to hear no more excuses if GGG or Pednelo takes sht misnatch fights.

Nope. Khan moved up(from welterweight) to fight at a catchweight of 155 for Canelo s wbc middleweight title. Khan didn't have a title on the line.

He's ALREADY a multi-millionaire. You people keep acting as if he's on the street corner with a cardboard sign and a cupfull of pencils.

He can afford to take a stand, and he will be fine either way......
