Well Porter flat out said that he wasn’t fighting again until he got a title shot. That was his call. He could fight Spence lol. Plus, he was supposed to fight a third time last year (lead-in to Mayweather-McGregor, on FOX, no less) and pulled out with a death in the family.

True on Garcia. Seems he’s got a lot of other businesses. May not be as hungry as he once was.

I don't know about that! If Bud Crawford beats Horn, I could see his name in the mix. Porter would be an ideal opponent for Crawford, before eventually fighting Spence Jr.! Porter doesn't have a promoter, Arum has enough money, and with the ESPN platform, I could see that (Crawford vs. Porter) happening! There's also a wild card too, Mikey Garcia! If DSG wins, I could see a Garcia vs. Garcia fight in Brooklyn, and I think it would do very well!

I wouldn't mind that at all homie. I want all of these fighters to get in the mix. There are enough quality fighters in and around the division that they can all cement their legacies by facing one another.

Porter will bully forward because thats the way he fights plus Garcia doesn't handle pressure very well. If he can keep Porter off of him he can win this fight. 🥊

The outcome of this fight will all depend on whether or not the ref allows porter to fight with his head and maul. Separate note, garcia gets a wrap as a cherry picked but over the course of his career, he has a pretty good resume of opponents faced.

Initially I was thinking a 50/50 fight, but the more I consider details, I think Porter may edge it. Reason being, I think Danny has some damage after the past few fights... especially Herrera and Thurman. I think that's why he took the Salsa fight. To take a break, so to speak. And Porter doesn't seem to have suffered any. He's just a bulldozer who, at least for now, can just keep plowing forward all night. Only difference... his accuracy isn't as good as Danny's.

But this will be a good matchup... likely a sorta chess match to a certain extent. I like both fighters, so it's tough to pick which one to root for.

There won't even be a knock down in the fight. I think Porter will outwork Garcia over more rounds, but I could see this being a draw.

We shall see but Danny is coming off a great tune up for porter & if broner can put porter down, dannys a much better finisher. The wbc & angel wouldnt have made this fight unless danny looks spectacular which he will.
