$2m+ on the gate, let's call it $1.5m for Showtime's rights fee, another $1m on the international TV rights, call it $500k for the Corona sponsorship, another $500k in event sponsorship from the Dallas Cowboys and other sponsors, etc.
Deduct the cost of renting the venue, getting the fight legally sanctioned, marketing, Fight Week, etc, and you still end up with a nice heap of money left over after paying all of the outside parties.
