Is it just me or does anybody else think that Taylor taking on an easy opponet in his hometown is a ***** move? I realize the kid is still green but he's making a lot of mistakes and everytime I begin to respect him he goes and does something completely ****ing ******....like this.

i just finished seeing the replay of this fight and with-out a doubt jeramin taylor won the fight, winkys aggresion and punching as he went forward made the fight closer then it really was, taylor clearly won the fight.

everybody talks about winkys jab or how winky got hit on the gloves but they should pay more attention to both fighters other then just one. taylor busted threw winkys defence all night long. and always came back with somthing better then what winky was throwing. winkys jab as i've said is over-rated, winkys defence as i've said is over-rated. winky is strong, and can take a punch lots better then i give him credit for.

You're flat wrong. Taylor's last three fights were against top 5 p4p stars. No one deserves a break more than him. People simply do not like Taylor...this is apparent because people don't even seem to care how many lackluster guys Floyd fights in a row.

i agree with you , thats rediculous, he a hbo champion, i dont think he can beat hopkins, winky or miranda and i havent seen abrahm. he just had a hometown fight the whole damn crowd was for him only 120 miles away, he protected by hbo. he has a long way to go after watching this fight, winky hits harder then most think but if he fights a puncher i think he might be in trouble becuase he technique is so sloppy all he is is a puncher

Actually I have a problem with any fighter who doesn't take on top ranked competition and opts for easy matches, Mayweather included.

3 fights against top opposition , b-hopx2 and wright, name someone else in their last three fights has fought that quality of fighters? There is very few in the sport. So he takes one off, most "champions" these days take 5 off....any his "tune-up fight" will prob be against, someone good. His last "tune-up" he wanted was felix sturm and who else ? Was it abrahm? I forget but still he doesn't take fighters with losing records on. Also for ***** move, who the hell you want him to fight? Winky is still crying, and B-Hop is gone. If he considers Sturm a tune-up whats left? Abrahm is set to fight already.
