Why haven't they done more with Derevyanchenko?

He's a top middleweight. I've seen three of his fights on FS1. Why don't they have him out there more often?

The main reason is that boxing fans (almost any sport fans or even people in general, actually) are xenophobic.

Yes, nobody of notice wants to fight Derevyanchenko. To be fair, not because they are "terrified" of him, but because Derevyanchenko has a terrible (for them) high risk/low reward ratio.
