Broner thinks he’s worth more than he really is.

It’s okay to think that, as long as you’re willing to prove it or have proven it in the past. Broner hasn’t proven it yet and he doesn’t seem serious enough to be willing to prove he’s more than that. And that’s a good purse anyway, even considering taxes, manager cut, promoter cut, etc which thins those purses out, it’s still good gross pay for where Broner is in his career and his lack of being able to beat top fighters.
